The ICA Summit brings together impact investors, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and ecosystem actors to share ideas, address challenges, and catalyse capital across Africa. As a firm that is invested in the long-term growth of African enterprises, we took the opportunity to engage directly with ecosystem players, to learn about the real-world opportunities and obstacles faced by businesses and investors on the ground. We believe the most impactful legal support begins with such firsthand understanding of ecosystem dynamics.

Reverse Pitch Session      

Our Partner in charge of our SME and Start-Up Advisory Division moderated an exciting Reverse Pitch session featuring the following  leading impact investors: XSML Capital, AgDevCo, Enko Capital, Growth Investment Zambia (GIP) and Verdant Capital. This session deepened our insight into investor expectations, funding structures, ESG requirements, and the future of growth capital in Zambia.
