Chishimba is Corporate Law and commercial dispute resolution lawyer with almost 20 years  legal practice experience. He has extensive experience and knowledge in commercial litigation and arbitration, corporate and commercial advisory conveyancing, pensions and insurance law and practice. He has been the in-house legal lead advising on investments in real property, listed and unlisted securities in addition to commercial and residential letting. Chishimba, possesses the technical knowledge to support his skills in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Governance, Corporate Finance Law and Financial Distress & Debt Restructuring.

Chishimba has also served as company secretary and secretary of a multi-employer pension trust fund with ZMW 400 million in funds under management.
